2011 Initial Quality Study is Honda’s Personal Best


Stephens Honda thought you might be pleased to know that Honda achieved a new personal best in J.D. Powers and Associates Initial Quality StudySM for 2011. They are now ranked second for initial quality among all automakers. Perhaps more impressive, though, is that Honda leads the entire industry with the most highest-ranked individual segment leaders.

Here is a list of the leaders and their respective segments:

-           Honda Civic (compact car)
-          Honda Accord (midsize car)
-          Honda Element (compact crossover SUV)
-          Honda Accord Crosstour (midsize crossover SUV)
-          Honda Ridgeline (midsize pickup truck)
-          Honda Insight (hybrid)
  -          Honda Fit (subcompact car)

Title of 2011 Greenest Car Maker Awarded to Honda


We at Stephens Honda are both excited but not surprised that Honda has just been named the Greenest Auto Manufacturer. This isn't the first time Honda received the award, in fact this is the 5th straight year Honda has become Greenest Automaker. The 2011 Honda Civic GX, fueled by compressed natural gas, was also named Greenest Vehicles of 2011 by the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy.1
